- Delivery prices quoted are for mainland UK addresses.
- Collection of your goods from our premises in Battersea, London is welcomed so long as a date and time are arranged.
- No goods will be shipped until a date is agreed with the customer.
- No money will be charged until the goods are ready for manufacture or delivery.
- All personal details and card numbers are protected by strict security measures and our systems have been checked and verified as secure and approved by Barclaycard.
- If you cancel after delivery has taken place you will be charged a return delivery cost of £39.
Any items manufactured to a customers specific requirements, such as non-standard size futon mattresses or non-standard colour schemes cannot be accepted as a return. Items in this category can only be returned if the product has a manufacturing fault, or has incurred transit damage.
futonsonline.co.uk will arrange for collection of the goods from the delivery address.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Mattresses and futon mattresses must not be used and should be in their original packaging bags.
All verbal cancellations must be confirmed in writing to: futonsonline.co.uk, 24 Beauchamp Road, Battersea, London, SW11 1PQ All our customer details are strictly confidential and will never be released to a third party. All products are guaranteed for 12 months as per Statuatory Rights, if a part needs replacing after that time we will do our best to replace it. Ownership of the goods remains the property of futonsonline.co.uk until paid for in full. Please take care to ensure you are ordering a suitable product for the space and use intended. Refunds for order mistakes are given at our discretion, and the returned goods must be undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging where possible. - If you think a product is delivered in a damaged state please call us a.s.a.p.020 722 7212 or 07940 873394. Either don't sign for the goods or sign and make sure to write your observations of the damage on the couriers log.
