The continuing popularity of the Cavendish 3 seater wooden sofabed reflects on its ability to provide a sofabed solution for any space in the home, such as spare rooms, apartments and conservatories. Made from Malaysian hardwood the Cavendish is finished in a medium light Oak colour. 

The Cavendish, like all our 3 seater futon frames has a super thick 8 layer futon mattress called a "TwinLoft" that combines durability with comfort, and is filled with natural cotton, bonded woolfelt and twin cores of rebound polyester. The fillings are pre compressed so the mattress will not not compact or lose its shape and form, very comfy. An upgrade to the "Ultimo" is reasonable and very popular, if interested please click on the following link "Ultimo".

Textiles/Top Cover: As part of the price you can choose a fixed mattress cover from our variety of plain fabrics: cotton drills or for a little extra the funky cotton chenille & faux suede range.  
However, we recommend you consider a washable removable top cover as it will protect your futon mattress from spills, kids and pets, please check out this top covers link.

Hello Keith, I am so sorry I meant to email you as soon as we received our futon to say how thrilled we were with the service and the quality of the goods. The futon actually arrived one day early but unfortunately I had not made arrangements for that day, but there was no trouble in rescheduling for the next day. We were going to buy a futon from the Futon Company, having been and seen one in a shop, but the price was prohibitive. I thought I was choosing second best by ordering from you, but I was wrong. The wooden frame is equally as good and the cover I would say is better quality and a better fit by far. The weave of the fabric is much stronger and it fitted the mattress easily and perfectly.
